Ministry of Health and Prevention Launches Robotic Surgeries Programme in Obstetrics and Gynaecology
The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) has unveiled the launching of Robotic Surgeries Programme in Gynaecology and Obstetrics.
Dr. Riachi provided medical consultants for obstetrics and gynaecology patients and performed surgeries for chroniccases by using (da Vinci Robot). On the sidelines of the visit, Dr. Riachi gave a lecture on the robot's role and its effectiveness in obstetrics and gynaecology, in addition to its positive outcome with regards to the treatment progress. Diverse cases have been discussed, such as benign cysts, tumors, and other cases.
Dr. Riachi's visit falls under the Visiting Doctors Programme, which is organized by MoHAP with a view to enriching its staff's experience and making use of the international expertise.
